It is our policy not to retain client property in our files or in our office after conclusion of a client matter. Our files are periodically retired to off-site storage with limited availability, and after a period of time all of our files are destroyed. If you have any concerns about our files, please discuss them with us during or promptly after the conclusion of the matter.
