The size of our firm minimizes the pressures that tend to cause larger firms to accept conflicting representations, and it is our policy not to represent more than one party to any transaction or matter. The conflict-avoiding software that we wrote helps, too.

We strive for excellence, and are constantly seeking to improve our methods, approaches, documents, and techniques, toward the greater satisfaction of our clients' needs.
